Precinct A Northwest Jefferson Township (area around Jefferson Jr/Sr High School)- Total voters: 1194; Voted No against the school levy: 164; Voted Yes for school levy: 48; Participation rate: 22%.
Precinct B North/Northeast Jefferson Twp- Total voters: 1038; Voted No against the school levy: 27; Voted Yes for the school levy: 40; Participation rate: 8.5%. Northeast and North/Northeast precincts saw dramatically lower participation, below 10%. These low numbers mean decisions that affect everyone are being made by just a few voters.
Precinct C1 & C2 Southwest Jefferson Township- Total voters: 875; Voted No against the school levy: 198; Voted Yes for the school levy: 41; Participation rate: 26%. Southwest Jefferson Township consistently has the highest voter turnout and was a key driver in the most recent election.
Precinct D Northeast Jefferson Township (area around Blairwood)- Total voters: 1075; Voted No against the school levy: 45; Voted Yes for the school levy: 66; Participation rate: 14%
